A camera offers the user a unique opportunity to tell a story. Here at Wex, we recognise the value of those stories and believe they all deserve to be heard. The student category of this competition encourages students to be creative with how to photograph and video human impact on the world. Along with some fantastic prizes, the winning portfolios will be professionally printed and exhibited on Brick Lane for one week, alongside an extended exhibition at Wex Photo Video Whitechapel.
Supported by Sony, the Wex Human Impact Awards are open to any degree or BTEC (or Scottish equivalent) students across both filmmaking and photographic disciplines within the UK.
