Neumann SEA 1

The Neumann SEA 1, subwoofer EtherCON Adapter, is a small black aluminium box with 4 Neutrik EtherCON sockets. It enables the connection of multiple subwoofers to a single remote controller. This connection ensures that the controls of the whole set can be adjusted at once and is compatible with the NRC 1, NRC 2 remote controlled or any other RS-232 data source.

Which cables can be used with the SEA 1?

It is compatible with a standard CAT-5 network cable or can also use the Neumann’s RC cables of different lengths.

How many adapters can be connected?

One SEA 1 adapter can support a maximum of up to 3 subwoofers and it is recommended to use a maximum of 4 adapters for larger systems. The 4 adapters can support a connection of up to 9 subwoofers.
